1. Definitions

Service - the NoisyBee Software sales platform.
User - a person using the Service.
Customer - a person making a purchase.
License - the right to use the program under the conditions set out in the Terms.

2. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the Service and the conditions for concluding agreements for the sale of digital products (software). Acceptance of the Terms is required to use the Service and purchase a license.

3. Orders and payments

Orders are placed via the cart in the Service. Payments are processed by external payment operators. The customer receives access to the digital product (license key and the ability to download the program) immediately after the payment is booked, usually within a few minutes. In exceptional cases, the maximum order processing time is 24 hours.

4. Delivery and activation

Digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., license key in the user account and by email). The app may require an internet connection to verify the license at startup and periodically in the background.

5. License and restrictions

We grant a non-exclusive license to use the program in accordance with the Terms. The license is assigned to one device. In case of hardware change, the Customer may transfer the rights to a new device via the Service account (according to the instructions). Sharing license keys with third parties, circumventing security and using the program contrary to its intended purpose are prohibited.

6. License verification

Desktop apps (including the standalone/perpetual edition) require license verification against the server at startup and periodically in the background. If verification cannot be performed, the app may be temporarily unavailable until connectivity is restored or the license is confirmed.

Grace period and outages

For short connectivity issues on the User’s side, the app may continue to work offline for a limited grace period (e.g., 72 hours). For outages on our side, the grace period will be extended accordingly; we will communicate incidents on the status page or in‑app messages.

End of verification service

If we permanently discontinue the verification service, we will provide a mechanism to allow continued use of the purchased standalone license (e.g., a key/update removing the verification requirement), in line with the perpetual nature of the license.

7. License transfer

The license may be transferred to another device only through the user's account in the Service. The transfer requires deactivation on the previous device. The number of transfers may be limited for security reasons.

8. Right of withdrawal

For digital products, after delivery of the content, the user may lose the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law if they consented to delivery before the deadline. Information about the loss of the right of withdrawal is provided during purchase.

9. Complaints and support

Complaints regarding the digital product can be submitted by email to: noisybee@noisybee.net. Complaints are handled within 14 days from the date of submission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from using the software contrary to its intended purpose, in an environment that does not meet the technical requirements, or for interruptions caused by lack of connectivity or user-side configuration. We exercise due care in maintaining verification services; in case of outages, we take corrective actions and communicate progress. Statutory liability is not excluded.

11. Final provisions

The Terms may change. The current version is published in the Service. Using the program means accepting the current conditions.
